Armenian Museum of America

The Armenian Museum of America, Inc. was created to locate, collect, preserve, and present the culture, history, art, and contributions of the Armenian people during the past 3,000 years. The Library holds a vast collection of titles including rare books, historical and literary publications. The Museum has amassed an expansive treasure trove of inscribed Armenian rugs and textiles, ceramics, metalware, Urartian objects, medieval illuminations, ancient and medieval Armenian coins, and various other creations by the Armenian people.

Gore Place, the Federal period, historic house and estate of Massachusetts Governor Christopher Gore, includes a small farm with sheep, goats and poultry. There is a farm stand, and various monthly, seasonal events suitable for families are held on the expansive grounds thought the year, including the popular Sheep Shearing Festival in the Spring. The Estate's 45 acres of gardens, lawns and farmland provide a beautiful setting for your tented social or corporate event.

Mosesian Center for the Arts

The Mosesian Center for the Arts is a multidisciplinary arts center, located in the Arsenal complex in Watertown. It is home to ArsenalARTS classes and workshops offered year-round, Watertown Children's Theater classes and productions, and the acclaimed New Repertory Theater, both performing in the state-of-the-art Mosesian Theater or Black Box theater. A gift shop features the craft of local artists. Rotating art exhibits and installations can be found on each of the 3 floors.

The Plumbing Museum

The Plumbing Museum features historic artifacts from the 19th century, evolving plumbing systems, and diagrams of various plumbing technologies. Our exhibits follow the fascinating progression of plumbing through the centuries.
